But how are you supposed to actually see the potential customer information these ads are gathering? You can download your leads at any time as a CSV comma separated variables document, or you can automatically send them to other applications using Zapier.
Here's how. You can download your leads at any time. Head to your Facebook Page, then click Publishing tools. Next click Lead Ads Forms. This will open the Forms Library. From here you can download the leads for any of your ongoing forms. Note that leads expire after 90 days, at which point you can no longer download them.
Be sure to download your leads right after any campaign ends to avoid losing them entirely. Don't want to go through the effort of manually downloading your leads?
