I reported to Kent customer service and they replaced a sedement filter and asked me to clean up the water tank. So I followed the instructions and later it worked only for one month. Again the sedement filter is blocked. The funniest thing is there is another purifier downstairs and it works without any problem.

So I told them to replace the product to which they refused upfront. They are cheating with people big time. To all people: Do not purchase this product at all.
